The owner company, in order to celebrate the 50th anniversary since its activities started, asked for a wide extension of both the production spaces and the offices.
This decision led to the project of a new warehouse, provided with bridge cranes and an adjacent office building. Cooperating with Studio Rimondi (Bologna), Ecosteel developed in detail steel structures, opaque and transparent walls and claddings.
The directional building is recognisable by its façade, provided with 12 huge glazed surfaces and an Equitone fibre cement cladding.
