Villa “Le Rive”

Extremly hi-teh prefab villa located on the shores of Lake Lugano. Main structure made of steel and custom prefab dry-walls which have been studied for optimizing the internal living conditions given the temperature leap in the area. The glass facades are made of double and triple glass.
